About the Vacancy
AK Mylsamy & Associates LLP is looking to hire 2 associates with 3+ years of experience.
Eligibility Requirements
- Experience: Litigation: Experience in Corporate, Civil & Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, Insolvency & Bankruptcy; The Candidate must be capable of handling work independently on litigation cases before various Courts particularly before the High Courts, NCLT and NCLAT. Non-Litigation: Experience in Contracts and Corporate Transactions.
- The candidate must possess excellent knowledge of Law, communication, drafting and research skills and must be able to work effectively with teams.
- Candidates pursuing or having a C.S or C.A qualification are preferred.
- Lawyers having a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in at least two or more of the areas mentioned above can apply.
- Residents in Chennai are preferred.
- Remuneration: As per industry standards.
