Skills & Competencies

Qualifications

1. Candidate should have post qualification experience of 3 to 4 years in handling insolvency litigation, civil and commercial suits and arbitration.

Essential Responsibilities

  1. Drafting petitions and opinions.
  2. Assisting the Senior Counsel.
  3. Conducting research and analysis of cases.
  4. Representing before the Authorities.
