Qualifications
1. Candidate should have post qualification experience of 3 to 4 years in handling insolvency litigation, civil and commercial suits and arbitration.
Essential Responsibilities
- Drafting petitions and opinions.
- Assisting the Senior Counsel.
- Conducting research and analysis of cases.
- Representing before the Authorities.
