About the Vacancy
Vacancy for Junior Associate
Requirements
- Should have interest and inclination towards litigation.
- Basic knowledge of procedures of Mumbai Courts.
- Should have basic knowledge in drafting documents during various stages.
- Should have good knowledge of contract law.
- Should have basic knowledge of drafting corporate and mercantile contracts.
- Should have basic knowledge of IPR laws and should have some experience in filing of trademark and copyright before the relevant registry.
