About the Vacancy
Tata 1mg is looking to expand its legal department.
Position: Senior Executive/Senior Associate – Legal
Experience: 2-3+ PQE.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drafting, Reviewing and Vetting of various agreements including but not limited to MSA, Service Agreement, NDA, Amendments, Addendum, Termination Letter.
2. Research on laws applicable to the ongoing and/or upcoming business of the Company.
3. Assist the business team in filing responses to various RFQ/RFP.
4. Maintaining the database of the executed contracts.
