About the Vacancy

They are looking for a diligent Legal Back Office Associate to provide comprehensive support to our legal department, focusing on administrative and operational tasks specific to the construction and real estate sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of legal procedures and documentation related to property development and construction projects.


  • Manage and organize legal documents and files in both electronic and physical formats.
  • Assist with drafting, editing, and proofreading legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate communication and documentation flow between legal team members, external counsel, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
  • Support the resolution of legal issues and disputes by gathering relevant information and documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including project management and finance, to ensure legal compliance and facilitate project execution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the legal team or management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a legal or administrative role within the construction or real estate industry is preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of property laws, construction contracts, and real estate transactions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
