About the Vacancy
LEX PRIMUS LLP is expanding its Litigation and Corporate team and is looking for skilled, self-driven and result-oriented Advocates in Senior Associate and Associate positions for its New Delhi office.
Number of Vacancies – 2 (for Litigation team) and 3 (for Corporate team)
Eligibility Criteria
- Law Graduates from reputed University/ College
- 3+ years PQE for Senior Associates and 1+ years PQE for Associates
- Must have good research and communication skill
- Able to handle matters independently and must be able to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines
- Able to handle client and take briefing of matters from the ClientsCandidate must be well versed with Corporate law, practice and procedure and compliances [for Corporate team]
- Must have good writing skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drafting Petition/ Complaint/ Appeal/ Written Statements/ Rejoinder/ Legal notice and other legal documents for different Courts/Commissions/Tribunal etc.
- Appearing before the various Courts including Hon’ble Supreme Court; Tribunals; Commissions; Authorities in Delhi NCR
- Legal research and assisting Seniors with research and arguments
- Briefing Senior Counsels in high profile matters before the Supreme Court, NCLT, NCLAT, Delhi High Court, NCDRC etc.
