About the Vacancy
Sinha & Company Advocates are in search of a Junior Advocate in Arbitration Department.
Job Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Arbitration, bankruptcy, Insolvency, and Company Law within the jurisdiction of the Calcutta High Court & NCLT Kolkata.
- Immediate availability to join our team is a prerequisite.
- Capability to handle cases independently, showcasing a profound understanding of relevant legal matters, and adeptly engaging with clients & counsel.
