About the Vacancy
MVS Legal is looking for an Associate with the minimum experience of 1 year in IP Litigation & Prosecution.
Key Responsibilities
- To assist in drafting of various pleadings, applications, replies, written submissions for IP matters
- To appear before various Courts for case management hearings and miscellaneous arguments.
- Ability to independently file trademark, design and copyright applications, respond to office action and attend both physical and virtual hearings at IP offices, handle contented proceedings like oppositions, rectifications etc.
Requirements
- Candidate must have Prior experience of One Year in IP Litigation.
- The candidate is required to have sound knowledge of both substantive as well as procedural of IP laws, Civil and Commercial Laws.
- Candidate should have excellent research and analytical skills.
