About the Internship at Techolution
Techolution is looking for Legal Interns to support their global teams. Legal Interns will play a crucial role in drafting, analyzing & reviewing complex company contracts.
Location
Hyderabad (hybrid 2-day WFO). Candidates must be residents of Hyderabad
Month of Commencement of Internship
Immediate
Duration
3 months, and extendable for an additional 3 months based on performance, then PPO.
Stipend
INR 15,000/- per month
Weekly RoundUp of Legal Internships
Timings
2 pm to 11 p.m.; may vary subject to the business requirements.
Job Description
- Drafting and reviewing company contracts (Master Service Agreement, non-disclosure Agreement, Statement of Work, etc.).
- Conducting legal research and due diligence.
- Document review and analysis.
- Drafting legal notices and correspondence.
- Contract Abstraction.
Other Requirements
- The candidate should be in their final year of 3-year or 5 years LLB program from a recognized Law school.
- Internship experience in contract drafting, contract abstraction, etc. Must have exposure with drafting NDAs.
- Prior internship with an IT Company will be preferred.
