Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Trademark Prosecution
- Legal Research and Analysis
- Drafting work which will mainly involve Notice of Oppositions, Counter Statements, Replies to Examination Reports, Legal Notices, Replies to Legal Notices, Evidence along with Affidavit, Affidavits in support of use, Rectification/Cancellation petitions, etc.
- Assisting Partners in Court as also before other Forums.
Duration of the Internship:
Minimum 45 days
Eligibility:
Law Students in 3rd year or above of their 5 year law school
