Sushil K. Dubey, an Advocate and Managing Partner Dubey Law Associates LLP. He is a Law graduate from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He has been practicing before Supreme Court of India since 2012 and he is a member of Delhi High Court Bar Associate since 2012 and Supreme Court Bar Association since 2013. At Dubey Law associates LLP, they as a team of efficient advocacy legal professionals with an ample experience before various Courts/Tribunals including Supreme Court of India. He and his team, practices before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, APTEL NCDRC, SCDRC, DRT, DRAT, NGT, SAT, CCI, Central Administrative Tribunal and before other Courts/Tribunals.

Areas of Practice

Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation, Company Law, Competition Law, Financial Law Matters, Intellectual Property Law, Securities Law, Labour Disputes, Arbitration, Family & Property Matters etc.

Eligibility

Final Year students of BA/BBA LLB, LLB from reputed Universities /Institutions.

Duration

The period of this internship would be between 6 to 9 months.

Incentives

The stipend between 6-10K p/m will be offered during this assessment internship and on performance assessment basis, the candidates may be offered the Junior Associates Position within the firm (subject to availability and suitability) or would be awarded Internship Certificate, recommendation letter etc.
