About the Vacancy
The firm is seeking Senior Associates with a passion for financial regulatory laws to join them.
Requirements
- Post Bar Registration Experience 3+ years.
- Proficiency in legal drafting, researching, client interactions & public speaking.
- Prior experience in regulatory and general corporate advisory, intermediaries registrations
- Commercial litigation relating to SEBI, Stock Exchanges, RBI, IRDAI, PFRDA, SAT, NCLT, NCLAT, etc.
- Prior work experience with law firm(s), financial regulators and/or law practitioners is preferable.
