In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X ) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital ).

Role Description

The ideal candidate should be an independent, result-oriented, self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. A law degree (LL.B/ integrated L.L.B) from a reputed law school is essential. He/she/they should be punctual, transparent, responsible and able to take end-to-end accountability for their matters and out of the box thinking approach.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2+ years of post-qualification experience as an in-house legal team.
  • Experience in general corporate & end-to-end contract negotiation
  • Strong communication and drafting skills.
  • Well versed with the Contracts Act, Employment Laws, Data Protection Laws, Intellectual property Laws, basics of financial services and fintech business is desirable.
  • Ability to independently coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as may be necessary.
  • Skills to keep track of legal expenses and promptly notify seniors.
  • Expertise in maintaining and periodically updating MIS trackers.
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills.
  • Passion to analyse legal aspects of new products with a problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to provide timely support as a team member on a wide array of regulatory projects.
  • Willingness to identify and take up new tasks and be a team player.
  • Fluency in MS Office and related tools
