Job Description and Requirement
Area of practice
Civil and Commercial Litigation, Criminal Matters, Service Matters, Drafting Court Proceedings, Legal Notice Etc.
Scope of Work
Scope of work majorly involves research and drafting of SLP/ Writs/ Appeals/ Petitions/ applications/ reply/ rejoinder, etc. and appearances before courts.
- Conduct legal research on various legal issues related to litigation cases.
- Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents related to litigation cases.
- Prepare trial and hearing documents and trial exhibits.
- Attend court hearings and other legal proceedings as directed.
- Assist with case management, including maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and organizing case documents.
- Provide general support to the firm’s litigation team, as needed.
- Good drafting skills
- Extensive research skills
- Must have good communication and presentation skills.
Remuneration
Remuneration Commensurate with their experience and skill set.
