About the Vacancy
2 Junior Associate – DRT, NCLT, High Court( Original and Appellate side), Real Estate, Consumer Forum and District Courts.
Key Requirements
- Eligibility- LLB/LLM Graduates/Masters
- Experience- 3 to 5 years.
- It is preferred that the candidate should be residing at or around Kolkata, West Bengal.
- The candidate applying should be familiar with practices followed in The Hon’ble High Court, Learned District Courts, Hon’ble Tribunals and other Forums.
- The candidate if applying for Real Estate should be familiar with the drafting of Agreements, Conveyancing and procedures of Registration of documents.
