Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing various types of commercial contracts
- Conducting legal due diligence and drafting of transactional documents
- Preparing legal opinions on matters relating to commercial law
- Skill Set Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities in English
- Excellent inter-personal and collaborative skills
- Good understanding of corporate and commercial laws
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should be a law graduate with 2 to 4 years of PQE in commercial contract drafting, general corporate advisory and, or transactional work.
