About the Office
Advocate Karuna Nundy litigate civil, commercial and constitutional matters primarily in the Supreme Court of India, also before High Courts and Tribunals and appear frequently in arbitrations. She is qualified to practise in India and in the State of New York. She has done consultancies on various aspects of International Law with UNICEF, UNDP and the IPU, in UN HQ in New York, Bhutan, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, the Maldives and Nepal and have advised the governments of most of those countries.
At present, she serve on the Global High Level Panel on Media Freedom, led by former Chief Justice of England Lord Neuberger and Amal Clooney. She is also a member of the Columbia Global Experts Panel on Freedom of Expression.
