About Adv. Apoorva Saxena:
Apoorva specialises in dispute resolution in commercial and regulatory matters through litigation, arbitration, and mediation. She has sector-specific experience in handling litigation in Aviation, Telecom and Energy sector.
Apoorva has represented and advised a wide array of industry giants in litigation on diverse issues, including contractual breach, recovery of money and consumer disputes. Apoorva actively advises professionals in the aviation sector on employment issues, rights and interests.
Apoorva regularly appears and argues across judicial and quasi-judicial bodies including the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Courts and various Tribunals and Commissions. She has also assisted the Hon’ble Delhi High Court and Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission as an Amicus Curiae.
