About the Internship/Work:
- Handling and management of litigation pertaining to Motor accident claims, Consumer litigation and other legal related issues effective handling of claims
- Dealing with Courts, Advocates and Investigators
- Appointment of advocates and Regular follow up with regulations Advocates for opinions for compromise/contest .
- Adducing evidences in legal claims
- Adherence to internal processes and external
- Co-ordinate with internal customers in order to facilitate effective handling of claims and share the court precedents for them to deal with the claims
- Ensure timely compliance of the orders passed by courts
- Review of cases and proper maintenance of case file and details in system
- Coordination with local regulatory and administrative bodies
