About Opportunity
Long term internship opportunity with my chamber located in Lajpat Nagar 3 where the scope of work will primarily involve assisting me in my role as a Senior Standing Counsel for the Income Tax Department before Delhi High Court, NCLT and NCLAT.
What to expect
- Exposure to various issues in Direct Tax Litigation by way of preparing briefing notes, research work, etc.;
- First hand experience of drafting income tax appeals and counter affidavits to writ petitions;
- Attending Court Hearings either in person or via virtual mode basis your daily college/study schedule
Who should consider
- CA aspirants or Fresher CAs (pursuing law or who wish to pursue law in the near future)
- Law Students preferably those studying in Delhi NCR
