About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Blog/article/research paper writing
- Agreement vetting and drafting
- Compliance and due diligence
Eligibility
- Candidates in their 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years of law school shall apply.
- Prior corporate and commercial law experience is preferred, although not a pre-requisite.
- Candidates should have the ability to do independent legal research and analysis.
- Candidates should be acquaint with various citation styles, such as Bluebook and McGill.
- Candidates should be acquaint with MS Word.

If more than 10% plagiarism is found, the candidate will be barred from the candidature and the selection process.
