In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in conducting title search reports, assessing legal compliance issues, and supporting due diligence processes for a variety of clients.
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Conduct comprehensive title search reports to ensure the validity and legality of property ownership.
- Assist in analyzing legal documents and contracts for compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with legal teams to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Support due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
- Research and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Recently graduated with a degree in LL.B. (3 years), BA.LL.B. (5 years), BBA LL.B. (5 years)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience or coursework in due diligence, title search, or legal compliance preferred but not required.
