About the Internship:
Mehak Gupta & Associates (empanelled with DSLA) is seeking long-term interns for an assessment internship. Preference will be given to final-year law students with a strong interest in litigation practice and prior experience with court internships.
Areas of Practice:
- Civil Law
- Criminal Law
- Commercial Laws.
Eligibility:
Students who are currently pursuing their studies in the 3rd year of a three-year degree course, or in their final year of a five-year degree course, or those who have recently completed their LLB course from any recognized college/law school/university.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal and case law research and preparing comprehensive reports on assigned issues.
- Assisting senior attorneys with court-related documents and attending court proceedings.
- Assisting in drafting legal documents, such as plaints, preparing briefs, and vetting agreements.
Location:
New Delhi
Duration of the Internship:
Minimum 3-month internship period (based on the performance, the internship can be extended)
