About the Internship:
As a Legal Intern at FourFold Legal, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team. Your role will involve actively contributing to legal processes, specializing in debt settlement, arbitration, and negotiation services.
Responsibilities and Work of the Intern:
- · Debt Settlement: Contribute to debt settlement processes.
- · Legal Research & Content formation:
- · Document Preparation:
- · Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients and financial institutions to facilitate successful settlements.
- · Dispute Resolution
Stipend:
A three to six-month paid internship with a compensation range:
o ₹5,000 for the first month
o ₹10,000 for the second month
o ₹15,000 for the third month, with the potential for an increase to ₹20,000
Other Details:
Upon completing the internship and registering with the Bar Council, the candidate will be offered a fixed retainer fee ranging from ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,00,000 per annum as an advocate. However, the specific retainer fee will be mutually determined.
