About the Firm:
VNC Corporate & Legal is a boutique law firm based in south Delhi. The Firm deals in a wide range of practice areas including Civil, Criminal, M&A, intellectual property rights, real estate laws, and general corporate advisory.
Eligibility Criteria:
Interested candidate must be a student of 4th year or above (5 years Law program) or a final year student (3 years law program).
Selected Intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting legal research on various legal topics and preparing research papers/notes/articles for/on behalf of the Firm.
- Assisting the team members in different legal work e.g. drafting of notices, applications, petitions, replies, MOUs, Agreements etc.
- Other responsibilities as may be assigned.
Stipend:
INR 5,000/- Onwards.
Location:
G-22, Basement, Lajpat Nagar-3,
New Delhi – 110024.
