About Adv. Saharsh Saxena:
To briefly introduce him to you, he is an independent practising counsel at the Supreme Court of India and High Court of Delhi. Apart from the constitutional courts, he also takes up matters in various Tribunals and District Courts in Delhi NCR.
He is an alumnus of the prestigious Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Prior to enrolling in law, he graduated with 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵 𝘥𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 in Statistics (Hons) from University of Delhi.
He has worked on the matters before Supreme Court of India and High Court(s) across the country apart from Tribunals and trial Courts. He extensively drafted at both trial and appellate jurisdictions across forums including Supreme Court and High Court. To add to this, he has also framed the questions of law in Special Leave Petition(s) before Supreme Court and second appeal(s) before High Court.
About the Internship:
