About the Role
- Handle day to day work pertaining to over 500 cases filed against RIL related to shares and securities of RIL as well as merged companies.
- Litigation related to transfer/transmission, issuance of duplicate of shares and debentures.
- Litigation related to conversion and redemption, etc. of shares and debentures.
- Should have worked with a Share Registrar and Transfer Agent or in close co-ordination with them for handling shares and securities related litigation.
- Drafting Written Statements, Affidavits, Appeals, Applications etc. to be filed in various Courts/Forums all over India.
- Co-ordination and briefing Advocates/Counsels all over India
- Attending to such matters whenever required in various Courts/Forums all over India
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of transactions related to Shares and Securities in physical mode followed earlier as well as the current dematerialized mode
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience of handling shares and securities related litigation.
