About the Vacancy
Rishabh Gandhi and Associates is looking to recruit a Lawyer with a minimum PQE of 4 years in Dispute Resolution/Commercial Litigation.
Responsibilities
1. Drafting and vetting of Plaints, Written Statements, Interim Applications, Replies, Statements of Claim, and Counter Claims etc.
2. Drafting and vetting of settlement agreements, consent terms, commercial agreements etc.
3. Review of real estate contracts and TIRs.
4. Providing overall guidance to Associates, Junior Associates, Trainees and Paralegals.
5. Conducting meetings with clients and providing legal opinions.
6. Appearances before Trial Courts, High Court, Arbitral Tribunals and other quasi judicial authorities.
Qualifications
Law Graduation
License to Practice Law
Minimum PQE of 4 years in Dispute Resolution/Commercial Litigation
Good understanding of Law
Good English communication skills (Spoken and Written)
Ability to apply laws to the facts
Focused approach towards work
Willingness to learn new things
Ability to lead a team
Remuneration
Upto Rs. 5,00,000/- per annum
