For Bengaluru location candidate should be well versed in Kannada also. Local candidates would be preferred.

Area of Expertise – Investment transactions/Securities/General corporate
Qualification – LLM ( Freshers in corporate law)/ Exp.
Location – Local candidate is required only

Gift City – Gujarat – 1-2 PQE
Area of Expertise – Funds practice / Private equity / venture capital
Qualification – LLM ( Corporate Law)
Location – Local candidate preferred ( But willing to take outsider if relevant experience)

New Delhi -1-4 years PQE
Area of expertise – corporate Litigation / IBC case handling experience
Qualification – LLM ( corporate law)/ LLB ( experienced )/ Advocate
No. of Vacancy – 1
Must have handled insolvency and bankruptcy cases in courts
Must be from Delhi/NCR
