About the Vacancy
Jupitice invites skilled and experienced Legal Advisors to join our dynamic Legal team. As a Legal Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal counsel and facilitating the resolution of disputes through non-litigious means. Your strong communication skills and legal acumen will be essential in helping our clients navigate complex disputes and find mutually beneficial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate matters to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research to stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry.
- Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of our legal technology products and services.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, if necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address legal issues and provide timely solutions.
- Stay updated on legal trends and proactively advise on potential legal risks.
- Negotiate and settle disputes, and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Assist in due diligence activities for mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
- Keep abreast of industry-specific regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
Qualifications Required
LLB/LLM Degree
Excellent Communication Skills
