Job Description

• 1 – 4 years of document review experience is required.
• Ensure the completion of all Quality Assurance processes.
• Consider the following factors when reviewing documents: relevance, privilege, and confidentiality.
• QA of first-level reviewed documents and devising methods for increasing FLR counts while reducing QA checks.
• Subject matter expertise in various projects, including but not limited to client queries and team queries.
• As a subject matter expert, you must be able to provide rationale and calls on responsiveness / privilege in accordance with the briefing guide.
• Assists in the resolution of technical issues.
• Assists the Team Leads in reviewing documents and performing any other related tasks as assigned by the Team Leads and Managers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Reviews, evaluates, and processes documents and contracts, conducts research, and gathers data in accordance with client instructions/specifications.
• Ensure the completion of all Quality Assurance processes.
• Must be able to execute/implement QA strategy in accordance with requirements.
• Solid understanding of managing the review workflow.
• Keeps all organization and client information confidential.
• Effective at training new employees.
