About the Job:
Frontier Legal is looking to hire an Associate for its corporate and regulatory team in Bangalore.
The areas of the job would includes:
transactional advisory and agreements, drafting and reviewing corporate-commercial agreements, legal opinions, and foreign exchange advisory.
Experience – 1 to 2 PQE, preferably in corporate law/ transactions
