About the Vacancy
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chandigarh, India for an Associate at Chatrath Law Chambers. The Associate will be responsible for conducting research and providing legal advice, analyzing legal documents and case law, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Associate will also prepare legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings, and represent clients in court hearings and negotiations.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 1-3 years of experience in a law firm or related field • Demonstrated knowledge of Indian law and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to both legal and non-legal audiences
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to identify and creatively solve legal issues
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
