Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Associate role located in New Delhi. The Associate will be responsible for providing support to senior attorneys in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research, as well as attending court proceedings particularly before Ho’ble NCLT and NClATDelhi.
Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good understanding of corporate law and commercial transactions
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
- Experience working at a law firm is a plus
- Proficiency in legal research tools and databases
