General Corporate and Commercial Contracts
Need a corporate lawyer with 18 months +PQE in General Corporate with expertise to draft, review, negotiate, coordinate with clients for execution of all types of commercial contracts such as Service agreements, Vendor agreements, NDA, Term Loans, Employment and labour related agreements, etc.
Remuneration terms
5 to 7 lakhs based on the candidate. Post completion of 1 year and subject to satisfaction of the performance of the candidate, an incentive model will come into effect wherein the candidate will be paid 5 to 10% on each billing. Probation period is 3 months.
Qualifications
- Should be from ICSE or CBSE schooling background.
- 18+ months PQE
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
