About the Job
Patanjali Foods Limited is inviting experienced advocates specializing in Food Safety matters to join their esteemed panel. They are looking for dedicated legal professionals to handle a substantial portfolio of food safety cases, particularly before the ADM / JC court.
Location
We are currently seeking advocates with expertise in practising law related to Food Safety matters in the following states: Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and Goa.
Key Responsibilities
As an empanelled advocate, you will be responsible for representing Patanjali Foods Limited in legal proceedings related to food safety. This includes but is not limited to, appearing before the ADM / JC court, offering legal counsel, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in handling food safety cases.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and research abilities.
- Ability to manage a large portfolio of cases efficiently.
