Work specifications

1. Creation of LGBTQIA+ content development. This requires high levels of interest in LGBTQIA+ topics as well as the ability to have nuanced understandings of different LGBTQIA+ concepts.

2. Research and develop dynamic content. Creativity and speed will be key elements in this role.

Skills & Expectations

Collaborative and have the ability to brainstorm and can execute the vision with grace and speed

· From the LGBTQIA+ community (preferred)

· Highly Collaborative

· Researching LGBTQIA+ Topics (preferably a Gender and Sexuality studies student or Sociology or related fields of study)

· Well-versed with LGBTQIA+ Laws in India (preferred)

· Great at time management

· Able to work on the computer for extended hours

· Willing to work a couple hours a day depending on college schedule

· Proficient with MS Office products

· Able to grasp and introduce new concepts within the LGBTQIA+ realm

· In possession of a laptop and internet connection as internship is virtual.
