This initiative is an incredible opportunity for law students across India to gain hands-on experience and learn about legal services, access to justice, and the workings of legal institutions under the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualifications:
- Students pursuing:
- Three-Year LL.B. Course (Preference: 2nd or 3rd year).
- Five-Year Integrated Law Course (Preference: 4th or 5th year).
- Students pursuing:
- Required Documents:
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume.
- Expression of Interest: A one-page write-up explaining the candidate’s interest and suitability for the internship.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC): From the appropriate authority, mentioning the candidate’s name and semester/year of study.
- Other Requirements:
- The internship is full-time and cannot be pursued alongside other courses or jobs.
- Candidates must ensure 90% attendance during the internship period.

Internship Guidelines
- Timing and Attendance:
- Office hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (except second and fourth Saturdays).
- Minimum 90% attendance is mandatory.
- Dress Code:
- Formal black and white attire as prescribed by the Bar Council of Delhi.
- Responsibilities and Visits:
- Interns will assist with various tasks at NALSA and other legal services institutions.
- Field visits include the:
- Delhi State Legal Services Authority
- District Legal Services Authority
- Legal Aid Defense Counsel Office
- National Lok Adalat
- Mediation Centre at the Supreme Court of India
- Supreme Court Library
- Supreme Court Legal Services Committee
- Additional Notes:
- Interns must arrange their own accommodation during the internship.
- No TA/DA or stipend will be provided.
- Interns are required to carry their own laptops.
Certification
- Interns will receive a Certificate of Internship upon successful completion.
- Note: No letters of recommendation will be issued.
