Responsibilities and Requirements:
· Research the various legal/regulatory requirements for selling our products in various jurisdictions
· Research and writing various product-related legal documents like TOC, warranty, return policy, privacy policy, etc.
· Help with standard company legalities and writing employee contracts and reviewing existing company contracts, non disclose agreements, etc.
· Research on patents, trademarks, and copyrights
