Qualifications:
- -Minimum 1 year experience in carrying out TSR/LSR and online search for banks and NBFCs’ or freshers with relevant internship experience in real estate due diligence.
- -Candidate must be fluent in both spoken and written English, and have good command over languages like Marathi or Gujrati.
- -Candidate must be qualified to practice law (enrolled with the Bar), and must have an LL. B degree;
- -Excellent communication skills along with the ability to draft complex agreements and conduct extensive legal research: Clear understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape with an understanding of the Land Laws, Banking Laws, Real Estate Due Diligence, TSRs
- -Candidate must have strong teamwork abilities, along with the ability to deliver within deadlines;
- -Strong technical skills and analytical skills needed to support the client work of the department;
- -Must have good exposure and must stay abreast with legal developments.
- -Ability to pro-actively identify and discuss technical issues with clients while being mindful of firm risk issues.
