About the Company
Shantilal & Dand is a company Law and Secretarial Practice. One of India’s oldest PCS firms – since 1980. They advise in all Company Law related matters. Registration, mergers, amalgamations, applications to the Central Government, Securities Laws Compliances, FEMA related compliances, Company Law Board petitions, Winding up, Disputes Advisories, SEZ consulting etc.
Interns Role
Selected interns will work on assignments in corporate law, mergers and liquidations as part of a team. Attention to detail and teamwork is what is expected of candidates.
Location
The location is Dadar / Wadala.
Working Hours
Working hours 930 to 7 Monday to Friday. Weekends are off except for urgent work. Certain candidates may be absorbed into the firm after internship.
