About Adv. Divanshu Gupta:
He is an advocate and legal consultant. For the initial part of his career, he was with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (Mumbai Office) and advised banks and companies on setting up infrastructure projects in India and abroad on project finance basis.
Currently, he practices in Jaipur, India and appear regularly before the High Court, DRT, NCLT, District & Sessions Court and all other fora and tribunals. He enjoys dealing with complex legal issues to come out with simple solutions.
His pro-bono interests include the co-relation of law, poverty and the environment. He continues to be academically inclined and provide training for moot-courts, CV writing and optimum utilisation of time, to law students.
About the Internship:
They are looking for law students to join them for internship (short/long term – on site and not virtual) on immediate basis at their office in Jaipur.
About the Work:
Broad area of work is civil and commercial litigation along with white collar crime matters. There will also be transactional law/drafting/documentation and due diligence work.
