Dr. Shrikant Malegaonkar is a specialist in Labour Laws and Industrial Relations & is practising Advocate at Pune Labour / Industrial Courts and at the Bombay High Court, for the past 28 years. Malegaonkar & Associates”engages in Litigations, Consultations & Training in Labour Laws for Indian and Multi National Companies, alongwith Criminal Law and Commercial litigation as subsidiaries. He is a Science ,Law & Management graduate where at all places he stood ‘First Class First’?, in the University of Poona. In England, he delivered lectures in Employment Law at The London School of Economics, London, The School of Oriental and African Studies, London, at The University of Maiduguri, Nigeria, and at The Peoples Institute, Histadrut, Israel besides pursuing academics at the Berlitz School of Languages, London. Completed his Masters Degree in Law (LL.M.) with flying colours and then started his practice at the Bar & is receipient of the ‘Setalvad Prize’? from, The Bar Council of Maharashtra. He also has an MBA ( Human Relations) degree to his credit and a PhD in Labour Law.
