Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Assist in the review and preparation of contracts, leases, real estate documents, and other legal papers of a routine nature.
- Research and regulatory update w.r.t the case laws by SEBI and SAT etc
- Contract repository creation and ISO audit support
- i4c – indian cybercrime coordination centre – data collation w.r.t responding to law enforcement on the i4c website
- Performs research and analysis of routine problems and issues.
- Prepares correspondence related to work.
- Research relevant statutes, rulings and precedents to be used as a basis for answering requests for legal opinions of a routine or limited scope.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents, training modules, and legal summaries.
- Perform general administrative duties (i.e. record keeping, opening and closing files, organizing mail, filing, preparing mailings, memorandums, etc.)
