Have been regularly appearing for the State of Haryana as Addl. Advocate General in Supreme Court of India. Have successfully represented Union of India and Govt. of NCT of Delhi in Delhi High Court in a number of cases. Have expertise in handling Arbitration matters before Arbitral Tribunals/courts as well as in other civil / recovery / white-collar crime matters, for companies and private individuals besides representing other clients in varied fields of law.

About the internship
Applications are invited for the position of intern at Hemant Gupta & Associates. This position is open to law students who are interested in civil and commercial litigation.
Location: Jangpura
Joining: Immediate

Mode of Internship: Physical
Interns will be expected to work from the office and visit the courts on a daily basis.
Scope of work:
1. Research on a wide array of subjects of law.
2. Observing court matters.
3. Other miscellaneous tasks and compliances relating to the cases.
