Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a law school program from a reputed school
- Strong research and writing skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Interest in corporate & contracts law
Responsibilities:
- Assist with legal research and documentation
- Draft contracts and perform research
- Support the in house team with documentation and presentations
- Participate in real world scenarios and negotiations
