Roles & Responsibilities of the Intern:
Looking for something exciting and challenging for your final year semester break? Come join them for a glimpse on how your life would be as an in-house counsel and to deal in legal matters governing diverse fields from health-tech to fintech, which also includes:
- Getting hands-on experience on drafting and reviewing business contracts, product structuring, advisory from multiple perspectives.
- Upskilling your legal research skills and learning to tailor them to business needs.
- Getting introduced to how your legal skills can be applied to business, strategy and finance verticals in practice.
About the Internship:
While anyone in their final year of law can apply, they are open to 4th years as well for people who feel tech, IP, exposure to start-ups etc, appeals to them, have an eye for detail in general and are super enthusiastic to wander into new areas of law every day.
