Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
- Essential: A Law Degree from a recognized National or International University.
- Desirable: Master’s degree in Corporate or Maritime Law from a recognized institution.
Experience Requirements:
- Chief Manager (Legal): Minimum 15 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate legal matters, contract negotiation, and drafting.
- Senior Manager (Legal): Minimum 10 years of experience in legal corporate matters and contract management.
- Manager (Legal): Minimum 5 years of experience in the legal division of corporate entities.
Preferred Experience:
- Candidates with experience in Port, Shipping, or Infrastructure sectors.
- Practicing experience as an Advocate.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling corporate legal matters, contract negotiations, and litigation.
- Advising management on legal risks, regulatory compliance, and policy development.
- Drafting and vetting of contracts, agreements, and tenders.
- Representing the organization in court proceedings and arbitration cases.
- Liaising with legal authorities and external law firms.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on qualifications and experience.
- Personal Interview for the shortlisted candidates (ratio of 1:3 per post).
- Final selection based on interview performance.
