The key objective of the centre is to carry out coordinated research in the field. Our aim is to engage law students with the ever-evolving taxation laws. The objective of centre is to research for development of taxation policies and to establish a forum for engagement for interested students and practitioners in the field of taxation.

The Centre for Advanced Training in Taxation Laws is delighted to announce its forthcoming Virtual Tax Law Conference scheduled for the 8th June 2024. This conference serves as a pivotal platform for the convergence of tax professionals, students, and enthusiasts, fostering insightful discussions on the latest developments and trends within the domain of taxation. Distinguished tax experts will deliver keynote speeches, and research scholars, as well as students, will present their findings.

  4. Interitence tax and hinderances on its introduction in india.
  5. Critical appraisal of the present GST regime.
  6. Stress and strain in Central-State relations and conflict of intrest in framing of Taxation policies in India.
  7. Judicial Principles governing adjudication of Tax Matters.
  8. The need for introduction of Carbon Tax Regime in India.
  9. Revisiting the efficacy of the existing Legislative mechanismsgoverning taxation in India: Need for reforms.
  • Please note that the list of sub-themes is merely suggestive and non-exhaustive in nature.
  • The authors can choose to submit manuscripts on other relevant and contemporary topics.

    • Last date of Abstract submission: 25th May 2024
    • Paper Submission on 31 May 2024

    • Late Registration fees: 700/- INR

    Registration Details

    • Prior registration is mandatory for paper presenters as well as participants for the conference. The link to join the virtual conference will be shared prior to the Conference date.
    • The registration can be done by filling the Google Form attached below, till 15th may for early bird benefits and 23rd may as the last date to register.
    • After registration you will be receiving a team code along with the abstract submission link. likewise paper submission link will also be shared.
